1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the EmailBlasts.app Chrome extension (via the Blasts extension), the website (emailblasts.app), or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Tips Marketing Services, Corp ("we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey corporation.

2. Description of Service

EmailBlasts.app provides tools to design, schedule, pace, and audit bulk email outreach campaigns and automated follow-up sequences. Key modules include:

Multi-Mailbox Rotation — Send via rotating M365 and Gmail mailboxes.
ESP API Routing — Round-robin or weighted sending through your own verified Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, Brevo, Resend, SparkPost, MailerSend, or SMTP2GO accounts.
BYO-AI HTML Studio — Design layouts using your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini keys.
Domain Health & Hygiene — SPF/DMARC/MX audits and typographical email list repairs.
Interactive Polls & Sequences — Setup automated drips and gather campaign responses.

3. Permitted Use & Compliance

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and all applicable electronic communication regulations in your jurisdiction.

You shall not:

Send unsolicited spam email or violate bounce/complaint rate thresholds set by your sending providers.
Harvest or scrape email lists without consent.
Use the Service to transmit malicious code, phishing links, or defamatory content.
Tamper with, decompile, or attempt to bypass licensing control and credit metering systems.

4. Credits & Payments

Credit Billing Model. Bulk campaigns consume credits from your prepaid credit pool at a flat rate of **100 credits per 1,000 emails sent** (equivalent to 1 credit per 10 emails). Credits never expire and are shared with Screen Blasts services.

Non-Refundable. Purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed. If your campaign runs out of credits, it will be automatically paused until a top-up is completed, ensuring no failed sends.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. In no event shall Tips Marketing Services, Corp be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, domain blocks, email account suspension by Google/Microsoft, or lost revenue) arising from your campaigns.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.
